Thank you God for allowing me to find my passion. I love what I do and I am incredibly grateful for the amazing opportunities I have had along my journey.
My love for photography started when I was in high school. I could spend hours working in a dark room, dodging and burning, creating test strips and developing images to perfection the old fashioned way. It was then, I decided I wanted to make a career in photography. Along the way, teachers both in high school and college recognized my talents and encouraged me to continue to pursue my dream. My journey has continued as we evolved into the digital era of photography.
“If you do something you love, you’ll never have to work a day in your life.” After high school I made this my motto, working day and night setting my path. I have photographed weddings, concerts, families, pets and corporate events for over 15 years professionally. During this time I have met and worked with many AMAZING photographers, promoters, business owners and families. Collectively they have all left impressions which I have incorporated into my skills. I continue to learn and develop my techniques so I can provide the BEST experiences and memories for my clients.
In reflection, amongst my many accomplishments, my proudest moments undoubtably amount to simple compliments including, when my sisters best friend called to ask me to photograph her wedding or when someone I went to daycare with called to have me take family portraits for the holidays.
I consider myself an artist truly blessed with an eye to capture reflective moments. I am privileged to take pictures which will preserve memories forever.
